As the Front Desk Receptionist in our practice, you’ll be:

• Welcoming patients & delivering exceptional service in collaboration with dedicated team members

• Providing clear & timely communication with patients

• Delivering exceptional service to our patients in collaboration with dedicated team members

• Taking measurements and fitting eyeglasses for patients to help them see, look, and feel their best

• Serving as a product expert for patients and team members alike

• Maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming atmosphere

• Manufacturing eyewear using the latest lens cutting equipment

• Managing frame inventory and working with vendor representatives

• Playing a key role in continually improving and expanding our practice offerings

As a Technician in our practice, you’ll be:

• Pre-testing patients using advanced technology

• Taking detailed medical health history

• Managing Contact lens inventory and patient orders

• Providing Contact lens instruction on insertion, removal & care

• Acting as a liaison between patient and doctor

• Playing a key role in continually improving and expanding our product offerings and patient experience
